Natalie Bright

With roots firmly planted in the Texas Panhandle, Natalie Bright grew up obsessed with the Wild West and making up stories. She truly wanted to be born in the horse and buggy days and travel the Santa Fe Trail. The small farming community where she lived gave her a belief in hard-working, genuine people and a firm foundation of faith. After completing a BBA at WTA&MU, she veered off the path of writing for a career in human resources and to raise boys, but thankfully found her way back to crafting stories when her youngest turned two. She is the author of books for kids and adults, as well as numerous articles.

This author and blogger writes about small town heroes with complicated pasts and can-do attitudes, who navigate life’s crazy misfortunes with humor and happy endings. A passionate supporter of history and libraries, Natalie loves exploring museums and collecting old books. Her ranch photography is featured in a chuck wagon cookbook. She lives on a dirt road with her husband, where they raise black and red Angus cattle and where the endless Texas sky continues to be her inspiration.
